Cancellation Policy

Overnight Care:

Deposit is fully refundable if cancelled more than:

5 days: Independence Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Years

3 days: Presidents Day, Easter, Memorial Day, Labor Day

1 day: all other dates

Grooming:

Card on file will be charged $50 or the cost of service, whichever is less, if appointment is not cancelled within 24 hours.
