FAQs
What do I need to do to enroll my dog in daycare or boarding?
All you need to do is register you and your pup on our online booking site (linked above) and schedule a Meet & Great. Make sure you upload your vaccination records!
Do you take puppies?
We require all dogs be at least 12 weeks old AND have received their rabies vaccination. Some dogs do not receive this until 16 weeks or later. Puppies over 6 months must also be spayed/neutered.
What vaccinations do you require?
We require Rabies, Bordatella, Distemper/Parvo, and a clean fecal exam before enrolling in daycare & boarding.
For grooming, we require Rabies and Distemper/Parvo.
Do you separate dogs by size?
We don't need to! All of our dogs are under 20 pounds and play together in a supervised space with our loving staff members!
What should I bring when my dog spends the night?
Make sure to bring your pups food & medication (pre-sorted if possible!). We provide bowls and bedding, but you are welcome to bring your pups bed, or an item of clothing that smells like you to make them more comfortable.
Is my dog alone overnight?
Nope! Our loving staff spend the night 365 days/year so your pups are never alone.
Can you accommodate my dog with a special diet?
We only feed your dog the food you have brought. We have ample refrigerator and freezer space for your pups food. We will always inform a pup-parent if there dog has eaten nothing for 2 consecutive meals.
Can you give my dog their medication?
We can administer any oral medication for dogs in daycare or boarding. We do not administer insulin.
